Nishi is a chic, elegantly casual bistro, owner-run by hosts Stephen Prebble, Christopher Maskery and highly regarded executive chef, Peter Lister.

Their award-winning restaurant presents the best of British, Caribbean and Asian cuisines. Chef Peter Lister has taken the English and regional favourites to a whole new level. Coming from Indonesia over ten years ago, Nishi’s sushi chefs, Sandy and Tomy have an excellent reputation making top class traditional sushi and Asian cuisine.
