The Lone Star Restaurant and Hotel, located on the famed platinum coast, is renowned for its idyllic setting, celebrity clientele and buzzy yet laid back atmosphere.

Their new executive chef Yorkhire born Stuart Fawcett and his team of chefs are making the Lone Star into one of the top food destinations on the island with simply presented flavour-driven dishes.  

The beach and the pizzas from the woodstone fire oven are sure to be a favourite with the younger customers.
