Born and raised in Canada, Jean came to Barbados more than thirty years ago. With the vibrant Barbadian landscape as her inspiration, she gets great joy from painting the experiences and observations around her. She uses only professional paints, applied with palette knife on archival canvas or paper.
Jean can be contacted at her lovely south coast studio overlooking the Caribbean Sea or through one of the local galleries that represent her work.
