The Barbados Sailing Week will take place from 15th to 22nd January, 2026.
It is followed by a number of nearshore sailing races, wingfoiling and kitesurfing competitions starting on Saturday 17th January.
The Mount Gay Round Barbados Race will take place on Wednesday 21st January 2026.
The main events:
Sat. Jan. 10th and Sun 11th – Junior Dinghy Races at the Barbados Cruising Club and Barbados Yacht Club.
Sat. Jan. 17th, Sun 18th, Mon. 19th – Coastal Sailing Races at the Richard Haynes Boardwalk and Carlisle Bay.
Sat. Jan. 17th and Sun 18th – Kitesurfing & Wingfoiling at Long Beach and Welches Beach.
Wed. Jan. 21st – The Mount Gay Round Barbados Race - many viewpoints around the island.
Wed. Jan. 21st – The legendary Mount Gay Red Hat Party at the Barbados Cruising Club.
Thu. Jan. 22nd – Rum to Spice Offshore Race, Barbados to Carriacou, Grenada
