The Barbados Sailing Week 2026 will start on Friday 16th January, 2026 with a weekend of dinghy races.
It is followed by a number of Nearshore Sailing Races, wing foiling and kiteboarding competitions starting on Saturday 17th January.
The Mount Gay Round Barbados Race will take place on Wednesday 21st January 2026.
The main events:
Sat Jan 10th and Sun 11th – Junior Dinghy Races at the Barbados Cruising Club and Barbados Yacht Club.
Sat Jan 17th and Sun 18th – Coastal Sailing Races at the Richard Haynes Boardwalk and Carlisle Bay
Sat Jan 17th and Sun 18th – Kitesurfing & Wingfoiling at Long Beach and Welches Beach.
WedJan 21st – The Mount Gay Round Barbados Race, Many viewpoints around the island.
Wed Jan 21st – The legendary Mount Gay Red Hat Party at the Barbados Cruising Club.
Thurs Jan 22nd – Rum to Spice, Offshore race from Barbados to Carriacou, Grenada
