Welcome to the 3rd edition of the BAMSAC 5K Walk/Run at 6:00 a.m. Saturday August 29, 2026 on the Mighty Grynner Highway.
Starting point is at the Mighty Grynner Monument directly opposite the Market.
Payment and bib collection will be at Sky Mall on Wednesday 26,Thursday 27 and Friday 28 August from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Adults $35.00 includes T-shirts and timing chip.
