A One-Day Pottery & Wellness Retreat 8:00am – 3:00pm
Hosted at Sky Blue Pink Villa, a private retreat space nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac in Holders Hill on Barbados’ coveted Platinum West Coast.
The Art of Letting Go is an immersive one-day pottery and wellness retreat, designed to help you slow down, create and release. Thoughtfully curated movement, mindfulness and clay work to guide you through a restorative day of grounding, insight and embodied letting go.
The day begins with a nourishing tropical breakfast, followed by gentle yoga, breathwork, and meditation to ground the body and quiet the mind. You’ll then be guided through an intuitive pottery experience using local Bajan clay, creating two hand-built vessels, one to keep and one to let go. Reflective talks on emotional wellbeing and habit change invite deeper insight, while a Bajan-inspired Caribbean lunch offers rest and nourishment.
In the afternoon, you’ll take part in a guided release ritual, intentionally breaking one vessel as a physical act of letting go, before returning to mindful making and a closing circle by the sea. No prior pottery or yoga experience needed. All materials, meals and refreshments included.
