Free guided tours for all the family, showcasing a new guided walk, with discussions, laughs and so much more.
The tour includes:
1. Rochelle's Garden - wheelchair accessible, opened 2024
2. Preview of our new African Connections Gardens - wheelchair accessible with assistance, opened 2026
3. The Ground - celebrating plants used medicinally by the enslaved people of Barbados, 2024
4. Pollinator Zone where we will count the butterfly species, 2024
5. Ethnobotanical Garden, 2022
6. White Garden, 2019, via the pond.
7. The Community Deck, 2022
8. The Aroid Garden.
9. The Heliconia Walk.
Then back to Rochelle's Garden where snacks will be on sale. Edison Williams will be reading from his books, and if you come to the final tour, Ola Ile will be performing. It will be an amazing day - full of discovery and joy.
You can visit the garden, even if you do not want the guided tour. Andromeda is open as usual for picnics and self-guided tours.
