Held on Thursday, October 22 and Friday, October 23, 2026 at the Wyndham Grand Barbados Sam Lord's Castle Resort, and online via Zoom Events, BIBA's flagship conference brings together local and international executives, investors, policymakers and business leaders under the theme Business Beyond Borders: Driving Ideas, Innovation and Impact.
More than 250 delegates are expected across the two days. The programme covers banking and cross-border payments, compliance and global tax developments, investment opportunities and sustainable finance, the impact of artificial intelligence and digital transformation on business strategy, and building resilience through risk management and climate preparedness.
