BFIT's (Barbados Federation of Island Triathletes) premier annual triathlon takes place at the Mighty Grynner Highway, which serves as the primary hub, providing a flat course for biking and running.
The swim course, located on the western side of Bridgetown, in Carlisle Bay, often a 750m, 1-lap or multi-lap course depending on the race.
